Święty Marcin 29/8, 61-806 Poznań, Poland, entered in the business register of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the Poznań-Nowe Miasto i Wilda, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under No. KRS 0001043919, Tax Identification (NIP) No. 783-188-31-12, with a paid-up capital of PLN 5.000,00, email: support@dimansoftware.com (hereinafter referred to as Diman).
2. Information we collect
2.1 - Cookies
Our website, as well as almost all other websites, uses cookies to guarantee you have the best experience when visiting it. Cookies are small text information stored on your device (e.g. PC, tablet, smartphone) which can be read by our IT system.
2.1.1 - Cookie Consent
When visiting our website www.dimansoftware.com and its domains for the first time, information about the use of cookies is displayed to you with a request for your consent to use cookies. Thanks to our special tool, you can manage the cookies from the website level. Moreover, you can always change the cookies settings or even remove them in your browser. Remember, however, that disabling cookies may cause problems in using the website as well as many other websites which use cookies.

2.1.3 - Analysis & Statistics
We use cookies to track website statistics, such as the number of visitors, operating system type and the browser used to visit the website, time spent on the website, web pages visited etc. To do so, we use Google Analytics, which involves the use of Google LLC cookies. 2.2 - Email Address
When you contact us using your electronic mail, send us an inquiry via our contact form, or fill in a survey, you give us your e-mail address in a natural way as the sender’s address. Moreover, you may also include other personal data in the message.
In such a case, your data are processed to contact you, and the basis for such processing is Article 6(1)(c) of GDPR, which is the legitimate interest of the controller in replying to your message. The legal basis for the processing after the contact is the legitimate interest of the controller in archiving the correspondence for internal purposes (Article 6(1)(f) of GDPR).
The correspondence may be archived. You have the right to request a history of the correspondence you had with us (if it was archived), and also request its deletion, unless its archiving is justified on the grounds of our overriding interests, e.g. defence against potential claims.
2.3 - Server Logs
Using the website involves sending requests to the server where the website is stored. Every request made to the server is recorded in the server logs.
The logs include your IP address, server date and time, information on the browser and the operating system you use. Logs are saved and stored on the server. Data saved in the server logs are not associated with particular persons using the website and we do not use them to identify you.
Server logs constitute only support material for site administration and their content is not disclosed to anyone apart from the persons authorised to administer the server.
We do not store any data which are entered by the user into the Diman calculator.

We guarantee the confidentiality of all the personal data provided to us. We ensure that we undertake any safety and data protection measures required by law on personal data protection.
Personal data are collected with due diligence and suitably protected against the access of persons not authorised to do so.
4. Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy enters into force on: 03.04.2023
The Owner reserves the right to change the Policy. Any changes to the Privacy Policy come into force on the date indicated by the Owner.
